Enquiry and Quotation Privacy Notice

This notice explains personal data processing for enquiries and quotation requests initiated through this website. Measurement and infrastructure security are covered separately in our Cookie Notice.

Data and purposes

Your name, brand/company details, contact details and campaign brief are used to understand your enquiry, assess media options, prepare a quotation and reply to you. When you contact us on WhatsApp, your telephone number and profile/message details shared through that service also form part of the communication.

Please do not enter health information, identity documents, bank details or other people’s sensitive information. An enquiry is not consent to receive bulk marketing communications.

Collection and legal grounds

Information is received electronically or verbally through WhatsApp, email or telephone contact initiated by you. Website forms prepare a draft message in your browser; form contents are not added to external link addresses or sent automatically. Clicking “Copy message” copies the draft to your device’s clipboard. You can open WhatsApp using the separate link, then paste and send the draft there. We receive your request when you send the message. Telephone and email are alternatives. External services apply their own data processing terms when you open them.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data necessary for a contract or pre-contractual quotation where you are the contracting party is processed under Article 5/2(c). Business contact with a company representative is processed under Article 5/2(f), based on the legitimate interest in assessing and responding to the enquiry without harming fundamental rights and freedoms. Where necessary for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or protect a right, Articles 5/2(ç) and 5/2(e) apply to that specific processing.

Recipients and external services

Authorised agency staff handling your enquiry use your contact details. Relevant website, email, telephone and messaging infrastructure/service providers are recipient groups, as are competent public authorities and courts where legally required. Requesting a quotation does not mean your contact details are distributed to all publishers.

This website is served through OpenAI Sites. WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Cloudflare and website/communications infrastructure providers operate internationally; depending on the service, data may also be processed outside Türkiye. External services apply their own privacy terms. Google measurement runs only for the cookie categories you allow. This notice does not replace those providers’ privacy terms.

Retention

Communication records must be limited to the period necessary to handle your request, the associated business relationship and applicable legal obligations or protection of rights. When the grounds for processing cease, the deletion, destruction or anonymisation rules in Article 7 apply. You may contact us to ask about retention or deletion of a specific record.

Your rights and requests

Article 11 gives you rights to learn whether your data is processed and obtain information; learn its purposes and whether it is used accordingly; know domestic/overseas recipients; request correction, and deletion/destruction where conditions apply, with notification to recipients; object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send a written request to our address above or email info@mediacortez.com from an address previously notified to us and registered in our system, using the methods and required details under the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller. Requests are normally free and answered within 30 days. Where additional costs arise, the Board’s tariff may apply.
